GUEST APARTMENT<\/p>\n

As of now, only residents of the condominium Ankeret can reserve the guest apartment (further referred to as the apartment) for their guests. It is not allowed to sublet the apartment.<\/p>\n
When reserving the apartment, one must pay NOK 300 per night via VIPPS. You are allowed to reserve a maximum of 7 days in a row. Below this text, the dates appear, here you must check that your dates are marked 'Available' - if it says 'Not available', you cannot reserve this date. Select the date from and to, press the 'RESERVE' button. A new page on the phone comes up, with the apartment reserved. Press the button 'Go to reservation', here you get the code for the key box.<\/p>\n
Cancellation must take place 7 days before the stay to get the money back. If it is less than 7 days, the amount will not be refunded.<\/p>\n
You will receive a code to enter the apartment when you reserve the apartment, or you can use the app to open the door that you get with your reservation. The code must only be given to those who reserve the apartment and those who will use the apartment.<\/p>\n
The Heime app will send out a message when there are 12 hours left until your reservation starts and the app will notify you when there are 3 hours until you will be out of the apartment. Then everything on the list below should be done.<\/p>\n
The house rules must be followed and a copy can be found in the wardrobe in the hallway (coming in week 23). It is not allowed to have a dog in the apartment, due to allergies and wear and tear.<\/p>\n
On arrival, please check that everything is in order, in case of errors and omissions, contact the board via Vibbo.<\/p>\n
