\nThe banquet hall can be rented for weddings, baptisms, memorial services, birthdays and other gatherings. There is room for 90 people.<\/p>\n
1. Parking:<\/p>\n
The parking lot on the east side, by the main entrance (in the basement floor) to the Main Hall, is to be used for rental purposes. There is room for 20 cars here. If a larger attendance is expected, for example at a memorial service, the lessee must inform the rental contact person in advance <\/em>(Heide\/Valentien). The school will thus have the opportunity to arrange parking in the schoolyard for the best possible implementation of the event.<\/p>\n 2. According to the Education Act, section 9-5, paragraph 2, as a general rule, alcohol shall not be served or taken with alcohol to be consumed during events under public or private auspices. However, exceptions may be made in premises for schools and other purposes in special circumstances when the premises are used for cultural and social purposes outside of school hours (applies to gymnasiums).<\/p>\n 3. Those who rent premises are responsible for order and decency in and around the building.<\/p>\n 4. Before leaving the premises, the tenant must check the following:<\/p>\n 5. Those renting the house are responsible for any damage that may occur to the house or furnishings. The administration must be notified as soon as possible if equipment\/premises are faulty or missing.<\/p>\n 6. The tenant is responsible for ensuring that the rules are complied with.<\/p>\n 7. When should events be completed:<\/p>\n 8. It will be possible to borrow a projector for meetings and events. We also have a small loudspeaker system that can be used when renting the party room in the cultural center and the dining room in the municipal building.<\/p>\n 9. Flag: If you use the premises after 3:30 p.m. on weekdays, you must raise the flag yourself in front of the municipal building and place it in the hallway by the cultural center. If you use the premises on weekends, you must raise and lower the flag yourself.<\/p>\n Other:<\/p>\n\n
