R\u00f8mskog's small banquet hall can be rented for baptisms, memorial services, and other gatherings.<\/p>\n
There is room for\u2026<\/p>\n
1. Smoking is prohibited in all municipal premises.<\/p>\n
Due to health and hygiene reasons, dogs, cats or other pets are not allowed on the premises.<\/p>\n
There is also a ban on the use of candles on the premises; battery-operated candles for use on the tables have been purchased.<\/p>\n
2. According to the Education Act, \u00a7 9-5, 2nd paragraph, as a general rule, alcohol shall not be served or taken with alcohol to be consumed during events under public or private auspices. However, in premises for schools and other purposes, exceptions may be made in special circumstances when the premises are used for cultural and social purposes outside of school hours. (applies to gymnasiums)<\/p>\n
3. Those who rent premises are responsible for order and decency in and around the building.<\/p>\n
4. Before leaving the premises, the tenant must check the following:<\/p>\n
that the kitchen is cleaned according to the instructions
\nthat the premises have been cleaned, tables washed if necessary and borrowed equipment put back in place
\nthat the lights are off, windows closed, curtains drawn, doors locked and water taps\/showers turned off
\n\u00b7 all electrical appliances are turned off \u2013 and sockets are removed. Check coffee makers and other electrical appliances in the kitchen in particular.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 that there are no objects that could cause a fire in the room<\/p>\n
\u00b7 that all doors are locked<\/p>\n
\u00b7 that the premises are empty of people<\/p>\n
\u00b7 the lights are put on charge<\/p>\n
5. Those renting the house are responsible for any damage that may occur to the house or furnishings. The administration must be notified as soon as possible if equipment\/premises are faulty or missing.<\/p>\n
6. The tenant is responsible for ensuring that the rules are complied with.<\/p>\n
7. When should events be completed:<\/p>\n
Monday through Thursday and Sunday no later than 10 p.m.<\/p>\n
On Friday and Saturday the event will end at 2:00 AM.<\/p>\n
As a general rule, all premises must be cleaned after the event.<\/p>\n
8. It will be possible to borrow a projector for meetings and events.<\/p>\n
We also have a small speaker system that can be used when renting the party room in the cultural center and the dining room in the municipal building.<\/p>\n
9. Flag: If you use the premises after 3:30 p.m. on weekdays, you must fly the flag yourself in front of the municipal building and place it in the hallway at the cultural center.
\nIf you use the premises on weekends, you must raise and lower the flag yourself.<\/p>\n
