With the boys' charming smile and humorous sense, it is emphasized that they promote a good and energetic atmosphere live.
The music involves groovy, catchy and Norwegian lyrical songs that have emotionally charged messages and the songs are meant to be played loud both in the stable and living room. The name JØKUL is a pun on the Icelandic word for glacier: «jökull», or in Norwegian «jøkel», but the band does not quote this as they claim they are not approved source material for the exam.
